Recruitment Apple Lovers is looking for the New Product Designer of a next-generation real estate investment company, based on an innovative model of real estate tokenization.

As an external product designer, we need someone to define, craft and ship new experiences that will empower agents, property owners and developers to join, invest and trust our Product.

Profile
Must have:
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, creating software products with excellent user experience
Senior and autonomous
Will be able to collaborate with the product, marketing and engineering teams.
Support the Head of Design
Quickly resolves problems
Respecting our brand guidelines, deadlines and limitations
Ability to conduct user interviews and surveys would be a plus
Interfaces must be relevant to the issue at hand, and not just elegant. They must be quickly integrated and adaptable.
Love translating complex problems into simple, easy, and memorable solutions
Is Adaptable, have a mindset to "Think out of the box"
Use Data and research as a strong ally to justify the choices proposed backed up by quantitative/qualitative insights, best practices, etc

Skills
Be able to approach the product by combining user thinking, design and business
Excellent UI design skills
Our positioning is premium, which means the designer must like to take care of the work
Prioritizing UX in your work: our target is corporate and of an age bracket that can go up to 65 years old
We therefore need to design interfaces that are accessible and easy to use
Create consistent illustrations and icons to complement the brand
Good knowledge of Figma design systems and prototyping
Ability to work on keynote and figma presentations would be highly appreciated
Design system is his/her best ally, he/she understands the importance in maintaining consistency and providing a better experience in the productAble to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholder

A good knowledge of Web 3 would be highly appreciated
He/She speaks English fluently, French is a nice to have as well
