Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and will work in a hybrid model.
This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Utilize AWS to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and technology implementations.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies.
