As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will be working on cutting-edge web applications using React, TypeScript, and micro front-end architectures. You will ensure that applications are accessible, scalable, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy web applications using React, TypeScript, and micro front-end frameworks.

Implement accessibility features and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and WAI-ARIA standards.

Conduct thorough accessibility testing using tools like Axe and screen readers to identify and address issues.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability by following best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in web development, accessibility tools, and frameworks.

Must-have Skills:

Proficiency in React and TypeScript.

Experience with micro front-end architectures.

Strong understanding of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1/2.2, WAI-ARIA).

Familiarity with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, voice recognition software, keyboard navigation).

Proven expertise in accessibility testing using tools like Axe and screen readers.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Advanced/Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.

Familiarity with XState for state management.

Knowledge of Webpack for bundling and optimization.
