SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

FED95 is currently hiring for a Junior Management Analyst to fully support our Government client Program Manager, Warfare-200 Aviation Logistics Information Technology (PMW-200 Aviation Log IT) at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will serve remotely supporting the JTDI Program Office focused on JTDI customer requirements and Operations IPT of the JTDI program office. PMW-200 Aviation Log IT has the overall responsibility to research, develop, analyze, and evaluate solutions in order to implement and deploy the best web enabled system that will automatically deliver updated technical, supply, and maintenance information to joint forces throughout the DoD in ashore, afloat, and expeditionary settings.  As a DoD program of record, the Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) program inside of PMW-200 Aviation Log IT provides a secure enterprise common solution for global transport, storage, and access to technical data in support of condition-based maintenance, weapon system readiness, and Joint Service combat capability.  

Position Summary 

This Junior Management Analyst position is 100% remote (telework) work position supporting the Joint Technical Data Integration Program Management Office (JTDI PMO) that is headquartered aboard NAS Patuxent River, Maryland. This position will support program readiness through detailed documentation of Army and Navy data movement requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing the established process, receive new and/or update current Customer Need Form (CNF) submission and work with team members to validate requirements. 
  • Organizes, leads, and documents requirements gathering meetings with JTDI customers.
  • Maintains a database of JTDI customer information and a repository of associated documentation. 
  • Acquires, processes, stores, and retrieves technical documents in various formats.  
  • Collaborate with customers, various vendors, and other employees to provide customer support.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Attend various daily/weekly/monthly meetings via Microsoft Teams.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • United States citizenship required.
  • AA degree in a business-related field (May be waived for three (3) years working as a Management or Requirements Analyst inside a DOD Program Office).
  • One (1) year experience working in management/requirements analysis.
  • DoD experience is preferred (Army or Navy are highly preferable)
  • Ability to quickly adapt focus, adjust schedule and problem solve to meet evolving work demands and needs of supervisor and other stakeholders.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also work independently and balance multiple competing priorities and tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to gain and maintain a Secret Clearance which includes passing an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check and other relevant background information deemed necessary.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal, less than 5%.

Work Hours:

Core work hours are 0700-1700 EST Monday through Friday.  Compressed Work Schedule (CWS) may be authorized.
