Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our wellbeing and performance consulting business, which supports C-suite and senior executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email campaigns via Mailjet, utilizing Zoho CRM for automations, creating engaging video reels for social media, and repurposing content on LinkedIn. The role also includes designing high-quality graphics using Canva. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and have a strong background in marketing, lead generation, and content creation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailjet
  • Utilize Zoho CRM for marketing automations and customer relationship management
  • Create professional and engaging video reels for social media platforms
  • Repurpose existing content for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Canva
  • Support marketing and lead generation efforts with a strategic mindset


Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and lead generation
  • Proficiency with Mailjet (or willingness to learn) and Zoho CRM
  • Advanced video creation skills for social media content
  • Exceptional graphic design skills, particularly with Canva
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with content creation and repurposing for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, especially for video calls
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge or background in health is a plus but not required
