Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week minimum

  • Schedule aligned with US Eastern/Central business hours

  • Client Timezone: US Eastern/Central Time Zones


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads from multiple CRM systems

  • Qualify prospects and set appointments using Calendly scheduling system

  • Handle both buyer and seller leads across Georgia and Texas markets

  • Make approximately 100 dials per day

  • Update and maintain accurate records in Follow Up Boss and Lofty CRM systems

  • Communicate appointment details and lead status to the realtor

  • Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow

  • Set expectations regarding virtual vs in-person appointments based on location


Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate appointment setting or cold calling

  • Strong English communication skills with a natural, conversational style

  • Proficiency with CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Experience with calendar management tools

  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation

  • Ability to understand and follow scripts while maintaining conversational flow


Scopes:

  • minimum 20 hours per week

  • Working hours aligned with Eastern/Central US time zones

  • Managing approximately 500 leads across two CRM systems

  • Working with both fresh (1 week old) and aged (up to 90 days) leads

  • Performance-based incentives available for successful appointments

  • Virtual position with required computer and internet access

  • Handling residential real estate leads only
