Schedule:
20 hours/week minimum
Schedule aligned with US Eastern/Central business hours
Client Timezone: US Eastern/Central Time Zones
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads from multiple CRM systems
Qualify prospects and set appointments using Calendly scheduling system
Handle both buyer and seller leads across Georgia and Texas markets
Make approximately 100 dials per day
Update and maintain accurate records in Follow Up Boss and Lofty CRM systems
Communicate appointment details and lead status to the realtor
Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Set expectations regarding virtual vs in-person appointments based on location
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate appointment setting or cold calling
Strong English communication skills with a natural, conversational style
Proficiency with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with calendar management tools
Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
Ability to understand and follow scripts while maintaining conversational flow
Scopes:
minimum 20 hours per week

Managing approximately 500 leads across two CRM systems
Working with both fresh (1 week old) and aged (up to 90 days) leads
Performance-based incentives available for successful appointments
