40 hours/week
Mon-Fri Flexible during business hours 6am-8pm

Responsibilities:
Create and manage content across 10 social media channels (4 Instagram, 3 Facebook & 1 LinkedIn, 2 YouTube)
Develop engaging social media content aligned with brand voice and business objectives
Engage with followers across all platforms and help the team to meet growth targets
Execute community management including influencer outreach and group engagement
Manage and schedule posts using Loomly platform
Manage Linktree and bio changes across all platforms
Support multi-channel campaign design and performance
Monitor social campaign performance and update reporting
Create email marketing (eDM) content across three newsletters delivered weekly
Ensure implementation and tracking of performance metrics
Assist to set up and maintain analytics tracking systems (Socials, Google, UTMs)
Create performance reports and update dashboards for all channels
Seek out and provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies
Support content creation and design needs for four distinct brands:
The Health Lodge (integrative medical center)
The Remedy Room (naturopathic dispensary)
The Byron Bathhouse (spa center)
Accommodation/retreat facility
Scope:
Content design and copywriting for all social media presence across four distinct brands
Implementation of new processes and operational efficiencies
Development and execution of content tactics and help developing strategy
Coordination of all social media analytics and tracking systems
Collaboration with marketing manager on strategy and execution
Support for both established businesses and new ventures within the group
Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms
Include portfolio of sample works
Proven experience creating engaging content creation in a brand portfolio environment
Strong understanding of evolving social media platforms such as Youtube, Instagram and Facebook
Strong desire to maintain a finger on the pulse with new social platforms and trends
Knowledge of the AI landscape and confidence integrating safe platforms into workflow
Experience in health, wellness, or medical sector highly valued - such as an understanding of AHPRA & TGA guidelines
Proficiency with social media management tools (Loomly, Linktree, Google sheets)
Proficiency with eDM tools (Mailchimp, Shopify)
Proficiency with design software (Canva/design, CapCut/video editing, photoshop)
Knowledge of Google Analytics, GSuite, UTM tracking
Experience with email marketing campaigns
Strong creative and copywriting skills and knowledge of how to build in psychographic and demographic audience understanding and connection across multiple avatars
Ability to work independently and make recommendations
Experience with G Suite and password management systems
Willingness, eagerness and a positive attitude
Interest in the health and wellbeing industry
Understanding of The Health Lodge vision
