Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights) implementations
Analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative Dynamics 365 solutions
Advise clients on best practices, process optimization, and CRM-to-ERP integration (Dual-write experience highly valued)
Drive agile project delivery, engaging with cross-functional teams in an international context
Act as a subject-matter expert, continuously staying ahead of industry developments
Contribute to team excellence through a hands-on approach and proactive problem solving

Profile Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Consultancy or service provider background (highly preferred)
Microsoft certifications are a plus
Proven experience in international environments and global project delivery
Fluent English (B2-C1)
Practical experience with CRM-to-ERP integrations, especially Dual-write
Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and exceptional communication skills
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 3–5 times/year)
