About the role…

Join our fast-paced Program Resources team and be a part of one of the nation’s most dynamic not-for-profit organizations. The Coordinator, Program Resources is responsible for supporting the multi-faceted Program Resources team, with a main focus on online programs.  They will contribute to the development and execution of Adventures Online and the Online Lecture Series.   They will assist with coordination and training of program staff for online, and in-person programs. 

Road Scholar offers a remote work environment in the United States with equipment provided. The compensation for this non-exempt hourly position is $22.00 per hour.

You will…

  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of online educational programs and lectures thru administrative tasks
  • Act as live program support, this role is considered the primary Zoom Producer and includes on-camera moderating
  • Support lecturer selection and vetting, ensuring highest level of education content
  • Support in the day-to-day management of online calendar and scheduling needs, escalating any gaps in the schedule
  • Support the Program Resources team in the creation of new initiatives
  • Assist with program idea creation while meeting P&L goals and sourcing content/lecturers for Online Lectures, Adventures Online and other projects
  • Participate in program quality assessments and assemble feedback for quality improvement
  • Participates in new initiatives or projects as assigned. This may include support to Group Leader Resources, Quality Resources and/or other program teams

You Need…

  • To be an organized professional with 1-2 years relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • To be a pro-active, motivated individual who is results-oriented
  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment using MS Word, Excel, ZOOM and Outlook Calendar
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on anticipating and resolving issues proactively
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent verbal/written communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong system skills; comfortable in a complex database environment; strong virtual classroom skills and calendar management
  • To be available to work when online programs are operating
