The Inside Sales Support role is focused on achieving complete customer satisfaction within assigned territories. This position is responsible for meeting established company goals while adhering to company policies. Additionally, it involves the entry and support of quotations and orders, as well as the development and maintenance of sales statistics, reports, and customer information databases.
Work You’ll Do:
Support the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers in daily sales activities and team coordination.
Process all project and sales correspondence, ensuring timely communication via fax, email, and other channels.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Coperion K-Tron’s products, policies, and goals to effectively assist sales representatives and customers.
Manage order entry ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Advise sales representatives and customers on project schedules and handle sensitive customer issues, directing them to the appropriate department as needed.
Review and ensure compliance with assigned contracts and purchase orders, and coordinate material tests and customer demonstrations.
Other duties as assigned.

Team:
This role will be a part of the Sales support team managing the order entry process and supporting the Americas Sales Team.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma.
Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Must be PC proficient - Microsoft Windows and networked systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering or technical degree preferred
Strong knowledge of product line and policies / procedures within sales
Experience with SAP preferred
Knowledge of Lean Principles/Techniques
Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt to changing trends.
