About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Brand Designer to join our creative team. Reporting to the Art Director, you will be working on a variety of projects, from ideation to production to design execution. This role will assist in developing world-class creative that will live across our channels: our website, social channels and in-person events.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital, social, and print formats.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of the content creation process, from concept to launch.
- Extensive experience designing for digital and social media platforms, with an eye for creating platform-specific content.
- Comfortable working in highly collaborative, iterative teams, with a culture of creating in the open.
- Motion design skills (video editing, animation, etc.) are a plus, but not a requirement
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our in-house creative team to create designs for web, presentations, ads, social media, events and other marketing collateral.
- Partner with Content, Demand Generation, Field and Product Marketing teams to create brand-aligned collateral that supports business goals while maintaining design excellence.
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality, consistency, and craft across all outputs.
- Contribute to the development of scalable brand systems that empower cross-functional teams to create on-brand materials efficiently and autonomously.
- Act as a brand steward, advocating for consistency and intentionality in how the Planful brand shows up across every touchpoint.

Pay Transparency Statement
