Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Outpatient Services | Wyoming

Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming 

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Your Impact as an LMFT:
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families with diverse backgrounds and presenting issues
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that promote emotional and relational well-being
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other clinicians in a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunit
  • Work in a supportive outpatient clinic—no emergency room rotations, no inpatient admissions

Requirements

  • LMFT licensure in the state of Wyoming (or eligibility for licensure – we’ll help you through the process!)
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient or private practice setting preferred
  • A strong understanding of family systems, trauma-informed care, and culturally competent therapy
  • Excellent communication skills and a heart for service
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms in addition to in-person sessions
