What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in building our team and attracting top-tier talent to help drive GoodRec’s growth. As part of our team, you’ll connect with potential candidates, guide them through our recruitment process, and ensure we hire the best individuals who are passionate about our mission.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on identifying high-quality talent that aligns with GoodRec's values and goals.
Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for both the role and the company culture.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Managing relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience from the initial interaction to the job offer stage.
Using data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and candidate experience.
Staying current with talent trends and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future roles.
The Ideal Profile:
A genuine passion for building teams and an understanding of the importance of culture fit.
A hands-on, proactive approach, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in recruiting for fast-growing startups or high-growth environments is a plus.
