Content Moderator at Miaplaza
At Miaplaza, we're revolutionizing homeschool education, and our Content Moderators are key to safe socializing in support of our mission. We're not your typical moderation team – our safety experts are youth-savvy coaches with an eye for detail and a passion for positivity.
As a Content Moderator, you'll join our high-volume team, reviewing over 500 student posts per hour during our typical season. This rate is much higher during peak seasons. You’ll be a trusted guide for students developing valuable social skills while ensuring our online community is both safe and supportive.
From nicknames and statuses to articles and videos, you’ll decide what goes live and what goes back to the student for revisions. This includes understanding that there is rarely a clear right or wrong answer in student content moderation. You thrive when asked to interpret “the gray area.”
