Position Overview
MSG is seekingan energetic and ambitious Pricing Analyst to join the Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team. The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in the pre-award and post-award proposal pricing process and will collaborate with teams across the company to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop cost and pricing strategies for federal and stateproposals in coordination with proposal teams, program managers, and senior leadership.
Prepare and review cost volumes, including detailed budgets, budget narratives, and pricing models in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Ensure all pricing submissions are compliant with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), cost accounting standards (CAS), and client-specific guidelines.
Perform cost analyses, price-to-win assessments, and risk assessments.
Support contract negotiations, modifications, and post-award cost analysis.
Maintain internal pricing tools, templates, and databases.
Develop and maintain pre-award and post-award pricing templates for Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time & Materials, and BPA/IDIQ type contracts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support of the Basis of Estimate/Level of Effort and related assumptions.
Develop Subcontract pricing data calls.
Support the BD, capture, PTW, and overall pricing strategy discussions.
Monitor industry trends and government pricing practices to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
2+ years of experience in pricing, cost analysis, contracts, or finance in a federal and/or state contracting environment.
Strong understanding of government procurement regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
Advanced MS office skills including Microsoft Excel using complex formulas and cost modeling tools
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple andtime sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position with the ability to work night and weekends.
