Up to 2 years Proven experience as a GoHighLevel Administrator, CRM manager, or similar role. In-depth understanding of GoHighLevel’s features, including CRM, automation workflows, funnels, pipelines, and email marketing. Strong knowledge of automation, workflows, and triggers within GoHighLevel.
Core responsibilities:
Manage and configure the GoHighLevel platform, ensuring it meets business needs and operates smoothly. Set up and maintain the CRM, pipeline stages, lead scoring, and customer segmentation. Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. Build automated email sequences, SMS campaigns, and triggers based on user behavior and other conditions. Ensure workflows are optimized for lead generation, customer nurturing, and follow-up. Assist with setting up and managing marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel, including email, SMS, and voicemails. Develop and monitor campaigns that target leads at various stages of the customer journey. Monitor key metrics and KPIs within GoHighLevel to analyze the performance of campaigns and workflows.
