Requerments:

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years focused on mobile automation
- Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools
- Expertise in automation frameworks
- Experience working with CI/CD tools
- Proven track record of leading QA initiatives for mobile app releases
- Deep understanding of mobile platforms, debugging tools, and app store requirements
- Experience with API testing and mobile backend validation
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and test lifecycle management tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks for mobile applications
- Lead end-to-end automation testing strategy and coverage planning for mobile platforms
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define and verify acceptance criteria
- Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated test execution and reporting
- Mentor and support junior QA team members in best practices and technical troubleshooting
- Analyze automation test results and triage issues with detailed defect reports and root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in testing tools, processes, and methodologies
- Monitor app performance and ensure a consistent user experience across devices and OS versions
