Key responsabilities:

Install and configure lock servers and gateways for mobile key systems.

Troubleshoot key lock interfaces and resolve errors using electronic lock logs.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of systems.

Provide technical support and guidance related to parking interfaces and lock systems.

Title: PMS Mobile Key Technical SME
Location: Remote with Travel to Bethesda, MD
Type: Contract
Duration: Long Term

Mandatory Required Skill:

Good understanding of installation of lock servers and gateways (added advantage with experience of Onity/Saflok/Ving). how the key encoders work and are configured with the lock system.
Domain knowledge of hospitality industry. Good understanding of Property Management System (PMS).
A good knowledge of how to troubleshot serial and IP based cable runs.
Troubleshooting key lock interfaces using the electronic lock logs and a knowledge of the various errors that might come up when making keys.
An understanding of parking interfaces and how they work with the lock interfaces.
Excellent coordination and communication skill
