Yardzen is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to elevate our platform and drive innovation across the customer journey. You’ll lead the development and iteration of features that enhance customer engagement, streamline internal workflows, and generate measurable business impact. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Operations. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of the platform and will have regular exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:Own and manage all phases of the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery to optimizationPrioritize and manage multiple projects across various stages, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needsIndependently oversee day-to-day product tasks and responsibilitiesPartner with the Head of Product to manage Engineering team activities and workflowCollaborate with Engineering to scope, define MVPs, document requirements, write JIRA tickets, and test in staging/production environmentsWork with Product Design to translate requirements into approved, development-ready designsFacilitate agile product ceremonies, including standups, planning, retrospectives, and team breakoutsDrive cross-functional alignment and communication across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and OperationsEnsure a seamless and cohesive user experience across platformsAlign closely with Marketing to ensure consistent product positioning and messagingServe as the customer advocate by conducting product market research, analyzing competitors, and gathering user insights to identify product opportunitiesTrack product performance, analyze data, and implement iterative improvements based on user feedbackDesign and execute A/B tests and other experiments to increase conversion and optimize key performance metricsQualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) productsExperience managing AI- or data-driven product features is a plusStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in a remote work environmentStrategic and analytical thinker with a customer-first mindsetProficiency with agile product development and tools such as Jira, Figma, Maze, usertesting.com, userfeeling.com, LogRocket, DataDog, and Split.ioIn addition:Are passionate about outdoor living and beautiful, functional spacesEnjoy the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of startupsEmbrace ambiguity and lead with a growth mindsetWhat we offer:Remote work, always: We're a remote-first company Full coverage for you: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompetitive compensation: Salary that matches your skills and experienceSupport for growing families: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leaveMonthly perks: Wellness, cell phone, and internet stipends to keep you connected and cared forAt Yardzen, we’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunities to succeed.
