Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a warm and professional demeanor
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, property management, or a related field
Demonstrated proficiency in using vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple properties and guest inquiries simultaneously
Flexibility to work evening hours (Eastern Time) and potentially extended hours as needed
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and booking systems
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences
Reliable home office setup with a strong internet connection
