This is a remote position.

Schedule: 10 hours/week, flexible with potential for full-time

Become a key part of their team, supporting both mortgage and real estate operations. You’ll handle essential administrative tasks, coordinate with clients and lenders in English and Spanish, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and lender communications in both English and Spanish
  • Coordinate and manage a dynamic calendar of appointments between clients, lenders, and stakeholders
  • Process and organize mortgage-related documentation with attention to detail
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders
  • Execute efficient follow-up communications to ensure excellent client service
  • Manage accounting tasks including payment processing and financial record-keeping
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple business ventures
  • Utilize various software systems to maintain organized and efficient operations
  • Create and maintain systematic processes for tracking client interactions and follow-ups

Requirements
  • Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in financial services
  • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payment processing
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in standard office software and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
  • Experience in customer service or client relations preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining high productivity
  • Available during Eastern Time Zone business hours
