Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contractor

Scope:

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

  • Remote work position with provided equipment and support

  • Managing daily workflow for field operations spanning 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Direct coordination with field technicians and management team

  • Access to and responsibility for administrative portal and internal systems

  • Handling approximately 15+ work orders per day when available


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch field technicians using company portal and messaging systems

  • Route approximately 15 daily work orders to appropriate crews based on job type and location

  • Monitor and manage work order portal, ensuring proper assignment and documentation

  • Maintain detailed records in spreadsheets for billing and tracking purposes

  • Communicate with field teams via iMessage/text to coordinate real-time updates

  • Review job notes and verify work order eligibility before assignment

  • Coordinate between pre-filter crews and dig crews for appropriate job routing

  • Copy and paste completed job information into tracking spreadsheets

  • Manage administrative portal access and make notations as needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
