Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9AM to 1PM Sydney (4hrs per week - minimum)
Monday to Friday

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing print-ready files for trade materials, creating engaging visual content for social media, and developing marketing materials. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and producing high-quality visual assets across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Print Design: Create print-ready files for trade items such as wobblers, banners, and signage.
  • EDM Design: Design effective and visually appealing electronic direct mail (EDM) templates.
  • Image Editing: Edit and enhance images for various marketing channels.
  • Simple Animation Skills: Create basic animations for digital content such as social media ads and email campaigns.
  • Ad Creation for Social Media: Develop engaging social media graphics and content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Design Professional Presentations: Produce polished and visually compelling business presentations.
  • Marketing Materials: Design and develop marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Video Content Production: Produce, edit, and enhance video content for use across various platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and content align with and uphold the brand's visual identity and messaging.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with simple animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to create content optimized for each.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creative design.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and strong visual storytelling ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing and production (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
  • Familiarity with design for print and digital marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and strategies.
