Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 15 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday; flexible between 9am - 5pm EST
  • Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our growing team in a remote capacity. In this role, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for businesses seeking to enhance their marketing presence. You’ll utilize your exceptional communication skills to connect with decision-makers and schedule quality appointments for our senior sales consultants. This position offers the perfect blend of structure and autonomy, with clear performance metrics and the opportunity to earn additional income through our commission structure. You’ll be fully supported with professional scripts, proven systems, and comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to business owners and decision-makers
  • Articulate the value proposition effectively to secure face-to-face appointments
  • Meet or exceed target of 15 quality confirmed appointments per week
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions using our professional dialer system
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the US-based sales team for appointment scheduling
  • Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Update CRM systems with accurate contact information and conversation notes
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions

  • Ability to work US Eastern time zone hours
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems
