This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • From 12pm to 4pm Austin, TX time, Monday-Friday

Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator & Community Manager to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. In this position, you’ll be at the intersection of community building and marketing, helping to shape and grow our educational platform as we transition to a premium model. Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic transition of our existing community to a premium membership model
  • Create and curate engaging educational content and community materials
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive member satisfaction
  • Moderate discussions and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Execute marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Manage social media presence and content distribution
  • Track community metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with team members to align community and marketing efforts
  • Support member onboarding and retention initiatives
  • Assist in developing and distributing educational advertising content


Requirements

  • Proven experience in community management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of online community dynamics and engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with content creation and curation
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for education and creating engaging learning experiences
  • Previous experience with educational or membership-based communities preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
