Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible schedule aligned with US West Coast business hours - Monday to Friday 09h00- 13h00
Client Time zone: US Pacific Time (PST/PDT)


Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential leads from corporate and association sectors using various databases and research tools
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using Pipedrive CRM
  • Conduct strategic outreach through email campaigns and cold calling
  • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments between decision-makers and the business owner
  • Manage email automation and follow-up sequences
  • Research and compile targeted lists of key decision-makers (such as CIOs and Directors of Events)
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM
  • Generate approximately 5-7 qualified appointments per week

Requirements
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using lead generation databases and research tools
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with email automation tools and sequences
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with C-level executives
