• Conduct outbound calls to residential builders from an existing lead list (primary daily focus).
•Log call notes, follow-ups, and lead status updates accurately into Google Sheets/CRM.
•Send follow-up emails to builders after calls using pre-approved templates.
•Track and manage all builder outreach activity to ensure consistent touchpoints. •Schedule call-backs or quote discussions when builders express interest.
•Assist in onboarding new subcontractors by sending forms, following up on documents, and maintaining records.
•Update builder campaign trackers and subcontractor registers daily.
•Provide weekly outreach activity reports summarizing progress, outcomes, and trends.
•Help maintain operational files (quotes, job forms, checklists) in Google Drive. •Over time, assist with posting pre-written social media content across platforms.
