The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join the team, delivering a first-class service to clients and professional partners.

The Reception Team plays a vital role as the first point of contact for the firm and handles a high volume of calls, requiring excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.




Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner (approximately 100 calls per day).
  • Supporting with administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as required.


Person Specification

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working on a reception desk or within a busy switchboard environment.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Confidence in handling client interactions over the telephone.
  • NVQs or other relevant business administration qualifications are advantageous.
  • Previous experience within a law firm or legal services environment is desirable.


Working Hours

Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
