Position Summary
This position is responsible for data analyses, program evaluation, and quality improvement across the Ryan White Part C/D Network. This staff member will identify data trends that require intervention and facilitate quality improvement activities to mitigate the trends. The position will assist in the management of the Project ARK Quality Management Program. This analyst will provide in-depth/statistical data analysis, assist with program evaluation, and will perform various data management and visualization activities to support quality improvement and active program management, including dashboard(s). The position is also responsible for cross-team collaboration in the identification of new data questions and data analyses. This position assures that all data reporting requirements for funders are met.
This position will apply equity-driven evaluation approaches and services that help our organization make data driven decisions and communicate their impact.
This role will have experience working with persons from diverse backgrounds, along with a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and the delivery of culturally responsive health care. Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Management/Evaluation
- Develop and analyze databases/datasets using statistical analysis programs.
- Conduct and document routine data management tasks.
- Maintain developed databases and manage data requests.
- Compile data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Conduct analysis and interpret results using statistical analysis programs.
- Create graphs, tables, charts to depict results and/or prepare for publications and grant proposals.
- Complete progress reports, data reports, and data presentations required by funding sources
- Design, develop, implement, and manage dashboards and other data reporting capabilities to track performance measures and create active program management.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify appropriate analytic procedures or share data for further analysis.
- Assist in the design and implementation of evaluation plans for interventions or new programming
- Support strategic decision-making of plan implementers and leadership, including setting and re-evaluating of goals, proposing alternative processes to meet deliverables
- Collaborate on liaising with internal and external partners to facilitate data exchange and communication in order to meet the needs of collaborative projects and publications.
- Perform data queries and statistical analyses to support quality improvement and evaluation efforts, help with grant funding related reports, grant submissions, and peer reviewed manuscripts.
- Maintain proper data security and IRB protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Quality Improvement
- Identify aspects of programming that need improvement through data analysis and share these findings with leadership and respective program managers
- Actively works with program managers to share data trends with their teams and help identify mechanisms to improve processes and outcomes related to the identified trends
- Integrate and carry out the team mission to create insight, improve processes, and increase efficiencies to provide value-added services needed by the people served.
- Lead project teams in conducting performance improvement and process redesign projects using appropriate analytical, QI methodology/tools, and facilitation techniques as the situation requires
- Possess a strong understanding of the change management issues associated with large-scale change and provide solutions to manage change.

Salary Range
$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
