Job description

The Sr. Manager Global Wellbeing is responsible for developing and executing Labcorp’s wellbeing strategy, ensuring effective communication and education of wellbeing programs to employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop global wellbeing strategy; review all health and other claims data experience to ensure wellbeing program opportunities align with healthcare needs of Labcorp employees
  • Manage and administer all wellbeing programs
  • Ensure compliance of all programs with federal and state regulations
  • Oversee any and all wellbeing contractors as needed
  • Collaborate with all wellbeing vendor partners to ensure seamless program experience
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on available wellbeing programs
  • Respect and promoted Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging in all wellbeing programs
  • Partner with HR Technology and HR Service Delivery to ensure a productive and effective employee experience
  • Analyze program participation and outcome data to identify program effectiveness and return-on-investment
  • Develops close working relationships with key HR, labor relations and business stakeholders to proactively ensures that wellbeing offerings align with business needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legal updates related to employee benefits.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with managing benefits and wellbeing programs.
  • Proven track record of managing benefits programs for organizations with over 40,000 employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve benefits-related issues.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with benefits administration in unionized environments.
  • Experiencing managing multiple vendor partner relationships
  • Global experience preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of leadership,
  • Analytical skills to review and assess program effectiveness
  • Collaboration effectiveness and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Cultural awareness

Working Conditions:

  • Based in RTP or Burlington, NC ideally or Remote position
  • Travel limited and as-needed

Application Window: Open through 4/29/25

Pay Range: $125,000-$150,000 + annual bonus

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.  Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.  For more detailed information, please click here
