We are seeking a talented and strategic Senior Manager, Communications to work closely with the Executive Director, Strategic & Enterprise Communications, to develop, execute and manage compelling internal communication campaigns and programs that drive employee engagement, reinforce our organizational strategy and support enterprise programs and change initiatives.
This individual contributor will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across HR and other Centers of Excellence to create engaging, creative content, utilizing a variety of communication tools and channels. In addition, this communicator will help shape the executive communications strategy (internally and externally) for key leaders. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted communications consultant to senior leadership and work closely with the broader Communications team to develop and execute comprehensive communications plans.

Pay Range: $120,000-$150,000 base salary + annual bonus
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
