Job description

The Product Operations Analyst supplies data-driven insights to the Product leadership team, surfaces customer problems and opportunities to inform the product strategy and performs deep analysis of the organization’s data inputs. We are looking for a team member to seize a rare opportunity to impact a high-growth company that’s already transforming the business's value of digital accessibility!

As a member of the Product team, you will enable strategic and product decision-making. We are a crucial connection between teams, facilitating teamwork, defining the problem space, driving alignment, thereby enabling Level Access to develop comprehensive solutions. The successful candidate demonstrates curiosity for problem solving; striving towards optimizing strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with different functions across the organization (Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR) to ensure availability of cross-functional data
  • Applying cross-functional data to correlate trends and identify patterns. Build proposals recommending strategic actions and present to the Product and leadership teams.
  • Analyze and translate complex cross-functional datasets into understandable narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Advocating for best practices in tools and instrumentation (e.g., addressing data integrity issues).
  • Preparing business reports and/or dashboards sharing information on a regular basis cadence to inform product strategy.
  • Automating data correlation, analysis, and reporting at every opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize data and track key performance metrics.
  • Proactively democratize insights enabling Product to prioritize and define the roadmap for the team, identifying areas for significant impact, growth, and investment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (more than 3 years) applying data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Comfort working in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools that allow for dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization; Amazon QuickSight and Amplitude is a plus
  • Shown ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives. This would require excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience handling and prioritizing work across multiple teams
  • Skills in data instrumentation, data manipulation, and crafting visualizations. Basic knowledge of using Python/R, Javascript, and SQL (preferred)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, aggregations or forecasting (as a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies.
  • Adoption or familiarity in using AI or AI-assisted solutions.
