Job description

We currently have a vacancy for a ServiceNow Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will work remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Your tasks

  • Lead the architecture design of ServiceNow solutions focused mainly on SPM/APM modules, ensuring alignment with best practices;
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SPM/APM modules, including Demand Management, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Enterprise Agile Planning, Application Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning;
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow Common Service Data Model implementation;
  • Design and implement integrations with other IT and business systems (e.g., GitLab, Jira…) to ensure comprehensive data flow and synergy between SPM/APM and other applications;
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet unique business requirements, ensuring optimal integration with other platform modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog etc);
  • Lead and conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and presentations to facilitate knowledge transfer and support organizational change;
  • Production of software architecture documents.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of minimum 11 years;
  • More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with at least 2 years focused on SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)/APM (Application Portfolio Management) module implementations;
  • Extensive experience with workflow automation, data modelling, and customization within the ServiceNow platform;
  • Experience in designing and implementing custom applications, data integrations, workflows, and complex reporting in ServiceNow;
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in iterative solution design and delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc);
  • Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture);
  • Knowledge of ITSM domains;
  • Good knowledge of business process analysis;
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM/APM is considered an asset;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
