Location: Ontario, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

The Role: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD)

We are seeking a Licensed PSYD Clinical Psychologist to join our thriving outpatient clinic. You will work with diverse client populations, conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy in a supportive and flexible environment. This role offers a mix of telehealth and in-person opportunities, depending on your location and client preference.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct initial psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices
Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions
Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, LCSWs, and case managers
Participate in staff meetings, training, and case consultations

Requirements

Doctorate in Psychology (PSYD) from an APA-accredited program
Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (Required)
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting
Strong knowledge of DSM-5, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
