  • Investigate chargeback claims and gather necessary evidence.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Detect and report fraud while assessing risk and recommending improvements.
  • Produce statistical reports and prepare KPI reports related to chargebacks.

  • Investigate chargeback claims, gather evidence, and analyze data

  • Communicate with customers (if it is needed), and internal teams

  • Detect and report fraud, assess risk, and recommend improvements

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements

  • Analyze data to identify trends and root causes

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Produce various daily, weekly, and/or monthly statistical reports

  • Prepare KPI’s reports of chargebacks

  • And other tasks
