  • Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns within Go High Level CRM to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and respond to inbound email, SMS, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and analyze lead reports using Go High Level CRM to provide insights into campaign performance.
  • Schedule and post content on social media channels while engaging with the audience by responding to comments and messages.

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or CRM management (preferably with Go High Level CRM). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices. 
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.

Core responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns within Go High Level CRM, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Inbound Inquiry Handling: Monitor and respond to inbound email, SMS, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  • Lead Reporting: Generate and analyze lead reports using Go High Level CRM to provide insights into campaign performance and sales opportunities. 
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and post content on social media channels in line with company SOPs and branding guidelines. 
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. 
  • Website Updates: Make minor website updates in Go High Level website platform 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
