  • Min 2.5 years Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation.

  • Ability to assess customer needs and qualify leads effectively.

Core responsibilities:

  • Review and assess incoming leads from various sources (website inquiries, phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to determine their needs and interest level.
  • Set up high-quality appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Coordinate and manage the sales teams calendar to ensure efficiency.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
  • Provide a positive first impression and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Answer initial inquiries, address common objections, and educate leads about our products/services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads who are not yet ready to convert.
