Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior-level Executive Assistant, with the ability to work autonomously and lead projects. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities effectively. 
  • Proven ability to create and implement strategies/processes for efficiency and operations. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required.


Core responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the executives schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel, ensuring efficient time management. 
  • Support the execution and refinement of business processes and strategies to improve operational efficiency within the real estate sector. 
  • Handle high-level communications, including responding to emails, phone calls, and coordinating with stakeholders, clients, and vendors. 
  • Oversee project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and all deliverables are organized and completed on time. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support real estate transactions and decision-making, including data analysis when needed. 
  • Independently execute administrative tasks, with minimal oversight, taking initiative to solve problems and improve efficiencies.
