  • Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using calendar management tools and CRM systems, particularly Monday.com 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English Basic understanding of business etiquette and professional communication 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly 
  • Familiarity with travel booking processes and tools

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple calendars efficiently, scheduling and coordinating business and personal appointments 
  • Book meetings and maintain a network of professional relationships Input, tag, and track contacts in the Monday.com CRM system 
  • Assist with personal life management tasks as needed Occasionally arrange travel logistics and bookings 
  • Provide general administrative support to streamline business operations Scope: 
  • Manage day-to-day scheduling and administrative tasks for a busy executive 
  • Maintain and update CRM database with accuracy and timeliness 
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements when required Assist in streamlining communication between the executive and various business contacts 
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the family office operations through proactive administrative support.
