2+ years proven experience managing a Shopify-based e-commerce store. Familiarity with inventory management and order processing on Shopify. Experience implementing and administering AutoMomentum or similar integrations is a plus. Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers via Shopify chat. Basic understanding of Shopify apps, themes, and store customization.

Core responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee and update product listings, stock levels, and pricing to ensure accurate inventory tracking. E-commerce Operations: Maintain and optimize the Shopify store for seamless shopping experiences. AutoMomentum Integration: Implement and administer basic AutoMomentum integration with the Shopify platform, ensuring efficiency and automation where possible. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through Shopify’s chat functions, responding to inquiries and providing updates on orders. Order Management: Track orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Store Optimization: Monitor store performance, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance the user experience. Technical Support: Troubleshoot minor Shopify issues and work with external developers when necessary. Basic Website Tweaks and Updates: Perform minor updates and improvements to the Shopify website, including adjusting layouts, updating banners, and refining navigation for better usability.
