Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Zoho One Implementation Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Zoho One applications, contributing to real-world projects that make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and customization of Zoho One applications, including CRM, Projects, Analytics, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support the integration of Zoho One with other platforms, such as Microsoft PowerApps and OneDrive.
Participate in the development of workflows, automation, and dashboards to enhance system functionality.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with Zoho One features and best practice
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Possession of a Microsoft certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) or actively working towards one.
Demonstrated interest in learning and developing expertise in Zoho One applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Familiarity with Zoho One applications or other CRM platforms.
Basic understanding of Deluge scripting language.
Experience with data analytics and dashboard creation.
