We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this priority role, you’ll design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems
• Build and optimize both web and mobile-friendly interfaces for internal and customer-facing use
• Ensure responsive, fast, and clear communication throughout the development cycle
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code with strong documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high system availability and performance
• Participate in planning and shaping the direction of our Salesforce architecture

Must Have:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience on:
• Apex: Triggers, classes, asynchronous programming.
• SOQL/SOSL: Complex queries, relationships, performance.
• LWC/Visualforce: Component lifecycle, event handling.
• Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Declarative Development: Flows, validation rules, approval processes.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Mobile or responsive LWC.
• Familiarity with Slack/Canva for collaboration and design handoffs.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React.js
• Has Salesforce certification

Working hours: 11PM - 8AM Philippine Time
