Title: Digital Customer Success Internship

About The Internship:

Are you excited to learn more about the growing field of Digital Customer Success? As an intern for the Unite Us Digital Customer Success team you'll assist us in supporting customers, analyzing data, and implementing digital strategies to improve customer & community satisfaction and retention, while gaining hands-on experience in customer success & data analysis.

Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 9, 2025 - August 4, 2025.

What You'll Do:

You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing CBO base of customers to ensure they adequately adopt the platform.
You will help build processes that scale - coming up with new ideas & expressing them, truly believing the ideas you come up with can improve the department.
You will analyze data to help the team make strategic decisions & optimizations to our current processes. - including identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling & and retention tactics to grow and nurture a portfolio of Customers, Sponsored Customers & Community-based Organizations.
