Lead the Team Behind the Tech: Scale Marketing with Purpose and Precision

At Coveo, we believe that scaling marketing success requires more than great tools and sharp strategies—it requires exceptional leadership. We're looking for a people-first, outcomes-obsessed Martech expert to lead our high-impact Marketing Operations Team and drive marketing operations excellence across our marketing team. This is a pivotal leadership role, central to how Coveo scales, aligns, and delivers on ambitious growth targets.

You’ll be at the helm of a deeply collaborative, highly skilled Marketing Ops team—mentoring, motivating, and multiplying their impact. You’ll not only lead the team that powers our campaign execution and Martech stack, but you'll also foster a culture of continuous improvement, cross-functional alignment, and human-centric performance.

As our Director, Marketing Operations, you will:
  • Define the strategic direction and operating rhythm of the Marketing Operations team while actively mentoring and growing a high-performing, cross-functional group of specialists.
  • Lead and optimize our Martech stack  (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, TractionComplete, etc.), plus run our campaign ops (emails, webinars, and more) and platform operations ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and fully aligned with business needs.
  • Drive automation, reporting, and continuous process improvements—adopting AI tools and measurement frameworks to accelerate performance, improve speed-to-market, and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee platform rollout, enablement, and training programs to ensure strong adoption, ease of use, and self-sufficiency across the marketing organization.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and strategic reporting in close partnership with analysts and executive stakeholders—translating insights into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, RevOps, IS, and GTM teams—leading with influence across cross-functional initiatives, tech stack evolution, and operational alignment.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 10+ years in B2B Marketing Operations, including 5+ years in a team leadership role—ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong expertise with modern Martech platforms—particularly Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, GA4—and driving their adoption and improvement 
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at all levels in complex organizational structures
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience implementing AI solutions in marketing workflows or automation initiatives
  • Proven success in building and maintaining scalable lead lifecycle frameworks, reporting models, and governance practices
  • Familiarity with data integrations and API connections between CRM and marketing tools
  • A passion for team development, collaboration, and delivering value through operational excellence
