Job description

Our Professional Services team is looking for an Integrations Developer to work directly with customers to develop custom integrations with their business applications.

As an Integrations Developer you will design, develop, test, and support application integrations for Calabrio’s customers. You’ll work as an individual contributor on a project team, collaborating with senior developers, consultants, implementation engineers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality integrations that meet customer requirements and follow established best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrations Development Lifecycle

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of SaaS solution implementations, from initial scoping to deployment.
  • Build and maintain application integrations using C#.NET, MSSQL, REST/JSON & SOAP APIs that meet customer requirements.
  • Write clean, well‑documented, and maintainable code that conforms to internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop unit and integration tests to ensure the integration meets business and technical requirements.
  • Provide clear documentation to internal teams and customers to ensure long-term supportability and design consistency.
  • Provide consultation on Calabrio APIs, helping customers maximize value from the Calabrio platform.

Process and Continuous Improvement

  • Follow Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide user story and project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture client feedback and drive continuous product and service improvements.
  • Stay current with integration technologies such as Azure Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes, and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities.
  • Contribute to knowledge base (Confluence) and share lessons learned with team members.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve integration solutions and processes.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on integrations.
  • Proficiency in C#.NET, SQL, Docker, and API-based integrations.
  • Working knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in technical documentation, customer-facing communication, and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with workforce management, quality management, or analytics platforms.
  • Background in customer-facing consulting or professional services.
