Disruptive Director of Product Management- AI Solutions (Individual Contributor) 
Location: Remote on the West Coast 
Compensation:  $175K - $200K + bonus eligibility 
  
Our client is well $1B global player in networking technology solutions. They are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to drive cutting-edge AI initiatives with a focus on security solutions. They are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a record of successfully launching disruptive technologies from concept to market dominance.   
  
The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives from outside the networking industry and have experience in security.  You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI applications while working within the structure of an established industry leader. 
  
What you will be challenged with: 
  • Taking innovative and disruptive products from 0-1 
  • Spearhead the product strategy for AI-powered solutions in the security space 
  • Deep expertise in shipping AI solutions 
  • Develop and execute innovative product plans for new AI products and features 
  • Create and review use cases that demonstrate the transformative power of AI technology 
  • Build and maintain a forward-thinking product roadmap aligned with company objectives 
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, developers/engineers and other cross-functional teams, in the US and abroad 
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform product development 
  • Presenting your ideas and proposals to executive management 
  
What you bring to the position: 
  • 8+ years of experience in product management 
  • 12+ years in AI 
  • A platform mindset 
  • Experience with security products 
  • Passion and deep expertise in shipping AI products 
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred  
  • Proven success in launching and scaling disruptive technology products from 0 to 1 in B2B markets 
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and their potential applications across industries 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to thrive in both entrepreneurial and structured corporate environments 
  • Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps for innovative technologies 
  • Proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence in fast-moving tech sectors
