Role: Meeting Setter

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, Midshift, 3:00 pm to 12:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work from Home


We're looking for a confident, articulate, and target-driven Meeting Setter to support our business development pipeline. You'll be responsible for reaching out to retail and marketing leads at consumer brands, qualifying their interest, and booking discovery calls with our director team. Your outreach will focus on clients who value creativity, quality, and innovation in physical retail.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Make 60 to 80 outbound calls daily (cold and warm).
  • Clearly communicate the client's value proposition.
  • Follow up calls with emails and CRM updates.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls with the team.
  • Log all activity in leverageflo (our white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM).
  • Support lead research, segmentation, and data cleaning.

Target/KPI: 

  • 60 to 80 calls/day
  • 510 qualified meetings/week


Job Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication.
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
  • Confidence speaking to senior marketing and retail decision-makers.
  • Quick learner with an understanding of physical retail formats, fixtures, and brand experience.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or white-labeled versions).
  • Self-motivated, consistent, goal-oriented.

Must Haves: 

  • Experience working with creative agencies, retailers, or brand teams.
  • Background in BPO, SDR, or remote sales roles.
  • Familiarity with the UK and US retail landscape.
  • Ideal contacts: Heads of Brand, Retail Marketing Managers, and Visual Merch Leads.
