Role: Community Growth Specialist

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential, Government Mandated Benefits, Company Events, SIL, Equipment Provided

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 pm to 6:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work from Home

Were hiring a Community Growth Specialist to expand our brands visibility by engaging authentically within LinkedIn, Slack groups, forums, and other online communities. This role is focused on building real relationships and generating inbound interest through conversationnot spam.



Job Duties and  Responsibilities:

  • Engage consistently on LinkedIn by commenting, liking, and messaging within target groups and profiles.
  • Participate in online communities such as Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups, and industry forums.
  • Spark and maintain authentic, valuable conversations with prospects.
  • Amplify company content by interacting and sharing within relevant communities.
  • Identify potential leads, collaborators, or partners through community engagement.
  • Track engagement metrics and report weekly performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Weekly volume of meaningful engagements (comments, DMs, threads).
  • Number of warm leads generated through community activity.
  • Increase in brand engagement and follower growth.
  • Improved visibility and sentiment in key industry communities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and online relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable navigating platforms such as LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, and forums.
  • Basic familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Understanding of CRM basics and how to tag/hand off leads to sales (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Ability to write in a natural, conversational tone.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 12 years of experience in community engagement, social selling, or online marketing roles.
  • Naturally outgoing and empathetic communicator.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and enjoys building real connections online.
