Requirements:
B2 English level (Upper-intermediate) or higher.
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with the full lifecycle of enterprise-class software.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in working on Technical and Functional Requirements.
Experience in Design documentation and creation of process flows.
Scrum Master Certification.
Expertise in Agile methodology and the associated frameworks.
Proven track record of building, mentoring, and coaching an Agile development team in local and remote locations.
Drive and ability to remove obstacles for team success.
Understanding and ability to foster an environment of motivation and dedication
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to present technical concepts to senior-level business stakeholders.
Ability to provide monthly and quarterly reporting statistics of team capacity, performance, and utilization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate daily stand-up meetings (Daily Scrum), sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings with multicultural teams.
Identify and help remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, such as technical issues, resource constraints, or communication breakdowns.
Continuously improve the Scrum process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to plan sprints, define priorities, and set realistic goals for the team.
Facilitate sprint review meetings to demonstrate working software to stakeholders and conduct sprint retrospectives to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports on project progress, sprint status, and team performance to stakeholders.
Provide coaching on Agile principles and practices to help teams adopt an Agile mindset.
