Job description

We are seeking a tech-savvy, results-driven CAD/ BIM and Engineer Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent in the AEC space—including CAD Designers, AutoCAD Draftsmen, BIM Coordinators, and Mechanical/ Civil Engineers—for primarily offshore roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter and leverages modern recruiting technology including AI-driven ATS tools. This is a high-priority position, and we're looking to fill it as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in CAD, BIM, Mechanical, Civil, and Structural engineering.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and AI-based sourcing tools.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical skill and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the ATS.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Stay informed of industry trends in AEC talent and hiring practices.
 
Qualifications:
  • 4–7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with a focus on AEC roles (CAD, BIM, Engineering).
  • Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms—experience with AI-powered sourcing or screening tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
